A faster paced vinyasa flow class combining breath with sun salutation variations and holding poses to increase heart rate, build strength and flexibility.

Easy Yoga

Tuesday and Thursdays 9:30-10:30 am (in-person and on Zoom, register through Maple Grove Parks and Recreation)

A slow paced yoga class combining breath with basic poses using a chair and blocks for assistance to build strength and flexibility at a gentle pace.

Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 am (in-person, register through Maple Grove Parks and Recreation)

A slower vinyasa flow class, combining breath with sun salutations and holding poses to build strength and flexibility.

Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Wednesdays 6:10-7:10 pm (in-person, register through Maple Grove Parks and Recreation)

A basic Hatha Yoga class combining breath work and basic poses for strength and flexibility. Best for beginners or anyone looking for a slower paced class.
