The Hatha Yoga classes I offer incorporate Pranyama exercises, asana, and end with Savasana.
Bring some relaxation into your life and some flexibility to your body. The classes focus on you and your connection to your body, releasing tension through breath and movement. Yoga class sizes in my home are small enabling the class to be catered to the participants. The studio is warm, peaceful and comfortable. I have been registered with Yoga Alliance since 2003.
