Easy Yoga

Tuesday and Thursday mornings 9:30-10:30 am (in-person and on Zoom, offered through Maple Grove Parks and Recreation)

A slow paced yoga class combining breath with basic poses using a chair and blocks for assistance to build strength and flexibility at a gentle pace.
